A-Z Challenge: V

Here we are at V! So close to the Z mark :)

I don't usually do gory movies. And this is gore-Y. really. But it's so entertaining and James Woods is always awesome :) Not for the squeamish or those that have strong language issues. Not at all :)
A vampire hunter and his team are joined by a young priest to kill an old vampire bent on being able to walk in the sun.
James Woods, Daniel Baldwin, Sheryl Lee, Tim Guinee

Jack Crow: When did she first bite you?
Montoya: Two days ago. I still covered your ass!
Jack Crow: Yes, you did. I say we owe you two days back. Whatya think, padre?
Father Adam Guiteau: You have two days.

This is the creepiest one. Not that remake one. And yes you will hear this exact sentiment in about thirty seconds.
Creepy kids are born in several villages. All the children have strange powers. And will wig you OUT!
George Sanders, Barbara Shelley

Alan Bernard: People, especially children, aren't measured by their IQ. What's important about them is whether they're good or bad, and these children are bad.

I do enjoy my vamp flicks :) This is one of those odd dark comedies that bring the joy :)
A vampire falls in love while in a recovery program. Still, the hunters try to hunt, as does a killer.
Michael Madsen, Judith Scott, Paul Popowich

[at a Vampire's Anonymous meeting]
Vic: Hello, my name is Vic...
The Crowd: Hi, Vic!
Vic: ...and I'm a vampire.
