Avitable's Meme and Other Fun Stuff

Well still feel crappy. I do feel slightly better than yesterday. But that doesn't mean I'll feel good tomorrow. I see the doctor on Thursday.  So I want to stay away from the ER till then.
I was looking up how long it takes the Aranesp to work yesterday, when I saw some of the warnings.
It seems it may have aggravated my congestive heart failure.
I just thought I was crazy anemic.  But that sounds more accurate.
I'm hoping the med is wearing off a bit and that's why I feel a little better. Fingers-crossed!
I'll be staying in over the weekend. Again.
I better feel good soon! I have my birthday and Halloween to get ready for.  I do not plan on feeling awful for them this year.  Grrr.
Love and hugs to everyone! Have a great weekend  and have a drink for me! I need it!

Also stop by Stephanie's and wish her well. She needs lots and lots of hugs, love and support.
Hugs and Love Steph!

And lastly, I finally get around to Avitable's Meme.  Better late than never.

My favorite age: Mid 20's

My best friend: Tonya, Jessica, Angela and many more that I'm blessed to have :)

My celebrity crush: Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds, Simon Pegg, Reese Witherspoon, Kevin Spacey.

My defining characteristic: Physically: At 4' and some change, I'll go with that.  Personality: My charming wit and lovely manner.

My most evil moment: Occurs when I drink too much.

My favorite food: So many. Souvlaki with lots of feta, Mexican food, Chinese food, Spring Rolls with sweet and sour sauce.

My grossest injury: Okay. It was a medical thing.  My graft for dialysis was infected. But they could only remove part of it.  Then they put a piece of tunicate through one end and out the other closing the two pieces with a large safety pin. All so the yucky pus could drain out. A nurse had to come to the house to clean and change the dressing everyday for two weeks. By far the grossest.

My biggest hatred: Stupid people who insist on speaking. You know who you are.

My most illegal activity: Shh!

My need for justice: Mom always says I'm the peace maker. I hate when people are fighting. I need to try to make it better if possible.

My most knowledgeable field: A little of this,  a little of that.

My life's goal:  Just to be happy and feel good.

My mother's influence: Books, art, The Marx Brothers, poetry, crafts, painting, creativity, healthy food, honesty, trust, love.

My nerdiest point: My first TV memory is the original Star Trek shows. The very first was The Trouble with Tibbles. Mom thought I would think they were cute. She was right.

My oldest memory: See above.

My perfect date: Dinner and drinks. Maybe a movie or concert first.

My unanswered question: How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

My random fact:  In Natoma, Kansas, it's illegal to throw knives at men wearing striped suits.

My stupidest decision: 1991-1996, 1997-1998

My favorite television show: Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

My style of underwear: I own different kinds. There is no one "style".

My favorite vegetable: I love veggies. Most of them are my favorites. Eggplant, zucchini, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, spinach, peas, beets, etc.

My weakest trait: Procrastination.

My X-men power: Since I feel crappy, I very much want the healing power. Now would be good. Anyone?

My strongest yearning: Health and happiness for everyone I know.

My moment of Zen: I have two. First when I'm in a car or on the bus, just listening to music. Second when I get into a cleaning mood.
